1. Discuss your requirements

Give us a call or email us to discuss what your requirements are and what services would best fit you OR if you already know what service you require, you can just go straight ahead and book online (click the "Book a Survey" button).
 

2. Book your inspection

 

After your free consultation, a time and date will be arranged to suit yourselves either via email, phone call, or WhatsApp message.

3. On the day of inspection

I  will arrive as arranged and conduct a thorough inspection of your property, lasting up to six hours depending on the size of the property and defects found.
 

4. Report ready!

Following the inspection, I will produce a clear & easy to understand photographic snagging report for you to issue to your developers. It will highlighting every fault found and give practical advice on how the issues can/should be rectified by your developer.
